We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Restorative Nurse Aide (CNA) to support our residents in achieving their highest level of physical function. If you’re a team player with a heart for restorative care, we’d love to meet you!

In this role, you will:

• Provide restorative care services, including ROM, ambulation, positioning, transfers, ADLs, prosthetic management, and restorative dining.

• Carry out care plans and restorative programs under the direction of the DON/ADON and therapy team.

• Monitor, apply, and maintain positioning devices such as splints, slings, and hand rolls.

• Complete accurate documentation and charting in a timely manner.

• Observe and report any physical or behavioral changes in residents to the Charge Nurse.

• Weigh and document residents monthly as part of routine assessments.

• Assist in training staff in restorative techniques.

• Demonstrate professionalism through strong attendance, a positive attitude, and appropriate conduct.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds an active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.

• Has experience in long-term care and restorative nursing practices.

• Understands safe body mechanics and resident safety protocols.

• Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.

• Is passionate about helping residents improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
