Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who wants to be part of a great team and to be committed to growing talents under the guidance of an amazing DON, talented ADONs, and great clinical staff.

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

• You care about serving your residents. We cannot teach that—either you have it or you do not. But, if you have that trait, you can change the world one resident at a time!
• You have a dream of becoming your best self, whether that is career growth (maybe becoming an RN?) or providing the best cares in the world—either way you will change your life!
• You are a team player and want to work with other team players.

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
