Overview
Position Summary...
What you'll do- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
- Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitor associate compliance and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns; listen, consult with others as needed, determine corrective actions, and make recommendations to resolve.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation.
- Foster a respectful workplace that embraces differences and builds high-performing teams, creating belonging and opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.
- Collaborate to attract and retain talent, empower and develop talent, and recognize contributions and accomplishments.

- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR
- 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR
- 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR
- 2 years supervisory experience.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
