Overview

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to serve as the active Chief for our team at Palestine Regional Medical Center in Palestine, Texas.

• Lead and manage the CRNA team on site (4 CRNAs and 1 MD) with non-medically directed practice; MD is present during the day as part of the anesthesia team to cover one of the 4 sites of service daily.
• Provide anesthesia management across cases including Orthopedic, GYN, ENT, OB, GI, Cath Lab, Pain management, and General surgery.
• Attend night call as CRNA-only but not required to be in-house.
• Perform own epidurals and spinals and peripheral nerve blocks; training offered if needed.

• Board Certified
• Proficient in peripheral nerve blocks, spinals and epidurals; willingness to train
• Salary: $342,000 1099 + $12,000 leadership stipend
