As a Stock Keeper F&B, you will play a vital role in ensuring the availability, accuracy, and proper management of raw materials and operational goods to support smooth daily outlet operations.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Management,
• Minimum 1 year experience in stock keeping, warehouse, or inventory management (F&B industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of inventory systems, stock control procedures, and FIFO & FEFO methods.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling inventory assets.
• Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to work systematically in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure availability and optimal stock levels of raw materials and operational goods to support daily outlet operations.
• Manage receiving, storage, and distribution processes in accordance with SOP, including verifying quantity and quality of goods from vendors.
• Record and monitor all inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner using the inventory system.
• Conduct routine stock opname and reconcile physical stock with system data to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, while maintaining proper documentation for audit purposes.
