As a Pastry Head Chef
, you will be responsible for managing pastry operations, ensuring product quality and consistency, developing menus, and leading the pastry team to deliver excellent culinary standards.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pastry operations, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong mastery of pastry techniques (breads, cakes, desserts, plating, and basic bakery production).
• Experience in menu development, cost control, and kitchen operations management.
• Strong leadership, discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to hygiene & food safety standards.

• Lead and manage daily pastry kitchen operations to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Develop and innovate pastry menus in line with brand concept and customer expectations.
• Control food cost, portioning, and ingredient usage to maintain efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Train, supervise, and evaluate pastry team performance to maintain high standards.
