- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, product bundling, and subscription recovery to maximize customer value and brand loyalty.
- Assist with abandoned cart recovery, winbacks, and other proactive outreach efforts to convert leads and retain customers.
- Manage order‑related concerns such as tracking, exchanges, and cancellations, ensuring a smooth resolution and potential sale recovery.
- Represent the brand voice, ensuring every interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and trust.
- Document interactions accurately, analyze customer feedback, and share insights to help improve sales and support strategies.
- At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience.
- Must have prior e-commerce experience (comfortable with upselling, cross‑selling, subscription recovery, winbacks, abandoned cart assistance, or post‑purchase support).
- Strong persuasive communication skills and a natural ability to convert leads and drive sales while delivering excellent service.
- 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat is required; e-commerce sales experience is a big plus.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.
- A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
- A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
