Job Summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This role involves overseeing store operations, cost control, inventory, cash handling, staff training, customer relations, and ensuring compliance with all policies. You will set the example, lead your crew, and support the store's profitability.

• Responsible for everything that happens during the shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule management.
• Maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards, provide great customer service, ensure attendance & punctuality.
• Transportation to/from work, maintain store cleanliness, marketing activities, and profitability.
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Administer, and complete paperwork and daily financial reports.
• Travel between store and delivery vehicle and to customer locations.
• Use of computers, phones, calculators, and delivery equipment.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position; walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum; work surfaces height 36–48”.
• Walking: short distances for short durations, traveling between store and vehicle.
• Sitting: paperwork normally completed on an office desk or table.
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries twice a week or more; load up to 50 pounds; lift cases up to 72” high.
• Carrying: large cans (≈3 lb 7 oz) from workstation to storage; sometimes pizza sauce (≈30 lb) from storage to front; trays of dough (≈12 lb) carried three at a time.
• Pushing: movement of trays on dollies requires force up to 7.5 lbs; trays may also be pulled.
• Climbing: occasionally navigate stairs or ladders; delivery requires navigating five or more flights of stairs.
• Stooping/Bending: forward bending at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and stocking ingredients.
• Crouching/Squatting: performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching: up, down, and forward repeatedly; above 72” to turn oven controls and lift objects.
• Driving: deliver pizzas within the designated area using a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
