Role Description

This full-time on-site position for a Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) is based in Palatka, FL. The RN will provide care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring accurate assessment, monitoring, and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering medications, assisting physicians during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and educating patients and families about procedures and post-procedure care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cardiac Nursing and Nursing with a focus on patient care and clinical expertise.
• Hands-on experience in Cath Lab and Cardiac Cath procedures.
• Understanding of Cardiology practices and effective communication with the cardiology team.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• BLS certification and familiarity with healthcare technology and equipment.
• Prior experience in cardiac catheterization nursing or related specialty is highly preferred.
