Emergency Room Registered Nurse; RN

Shifts Available: Days, Evenings, or Nights (All with Rotating Weekends)

Pay Range: $30.60 - $45.90/hour (based on experience)*

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ER Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role ideal for a critical thinker with strong communication and assessment skills. You'll be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team providing timely, high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate and evidence-based emergency care to patients
• Monitor vital signs, interpret diagnostic tests, and administer medications
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team members on care plans
• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards
• Maintain equipment and adhere to infection control protocols
• Support department goals and contribute to performance improvement initiatives

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Active RN license (Florida or Compact; must obtain FL RN license within 90 days if compact)
• 1+ year of recent ER acute care experience required
• BLS and ACLS (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• PALS required within 30 days
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
