Job specification

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with surgical procedures, post-operative recovery, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred;
  Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
