Job Summary and Qualifications - PRN Nights

We are seeking a dynamic

Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

You will have the unique ability to "float" between several differentareasacross the nursing spectrum.

* Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

* Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis

* Provide plan-basedcare with a commitment to continuous improvement

What qualifications you will need:

* Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

* Basic Cardiac Life Support
* (RN) Registered Nurse

* Associate Degree

* 2 years' of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
