Shift: 7-4, Wed, Thurs, Fri, and every Sat 6a-1p

Palatka, FL 32177

• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).

• Minimum of 6 months experience REQUIRED.
• One(+) years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.

• Should be within 20-25 MINUTES TO SITE
• Therate is based on years of DIRECT PHLEBOTOMY EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.
• Overlapping roles do not count twice.
• If your candidate is currently a student, please ensure that your candidate's school schedule will NOT conflict with the shift schedule.
• Candidate must have their own reliable transportation to get to/from the worksite without issue (Being dropped off by bus, Uber, or rideshare is not reliable transportation).
• Must be available to work whenever scheduled, BE ON TIME, and stay for the entire shift.
• Excessive absenteeism/tardiness is not tolerated and will be cause for termination
