Our company partners with online retailers, national distributors, and direct-to-consumer platforms, supplying products that are staples in homes across the country. We operate with a collaborative, hands-on culture where teams work closely across sales, operations, and supply chain to keep products moving efficiently from production to customer.

The E-Commerce Sales & Channel Specialist will manage online sales channels for the company’s household product portfolio, including laundry care and dishwashing products. This role focuses on account management, sales growth, product setup, and operational execution across e-commerce platforms, ensuring strong partner relationships and effective online product presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with online distributors, marketplaces, and e-commerce partners.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to drive revenue growth, assortment expansion, and promotional impact.
  • Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and negotiate promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory availability across all online platforms.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives tailored to online distributors and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Optimize product content including imagery, descriptions, keywords, and attributes to improve discoverability and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on promotional calendars, product launches, and online merchandising strategies.
  • Track campaign performance and continuously refine strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Oversee onboarding and ongoing maintenance of products across e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to support timely order fulfillment and a strong customer experience.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and category dynamics to inform sales and marketing strategy.
  • Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for leadership.
  • Analyze customer behavior, channel performance, and ROI using analytics tools.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency, visibility, and revenue growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, or online account management.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces and distributors (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, specialty platforms).
  • Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
