We offer a variety of flexible shifts to fit your schedule, both part‑time and full‑time:

→ Day Shifts
: 6 hours, 8 hours, or 12 hours

→ Overnight Shifts
: 8 hours or 12 hours

→ Monday‑Friday

As a Caregiver with Open Arms and Franciscan Care Solutions, you’ll help our seniors stay safe, comfortable, and happy at home by:

• Assisting with daily activities (bathing, meal prep, medication reminders)
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Supporting independence with mobility assistance (gait belts, hoyer lifts)
• Driving clients to appointments or running errands
• Creating fun activities and socializing
• Observing and reporting changes in their condition

• 1+ year of caregiver experience
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and assist clients with mobility
