Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist at Enhance Rehabilitation, you will be part of a growing team providing high-quality care for patients in SNF settings. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients following individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing excellent care for our patients
  • Offering exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with facility staff to ensure optimal patient care
  • Evaluating new patients, developing care plans, and setting measurable, functional goals
  • Treating patients, addressing concerns, and educating them on their injuries, progress, and expected outcomes
  • Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants
  • Re-evaluating patient progress, revising care plans, and updating goals
  • Completing timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes
