We are looking for our next Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. This individual will help create, cultivate, and promote a high-quality wellness environment for our guests. They will provide the Tricoci standard of services for massage and body treatments. A sign-on bonus is available: $2,000 or $4,000 depending on eligibility.

• Responsible for performing full body massage services including exfoliation treatments, and body wraps.
• Provide consistent communication with our guests to identify their needs and set expectations throughout the treatment.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance.
• Attend and participate in educational trainings to improve and strengthen wellness service expertise and develop new skills, including staff meetings, training sessions, sales promotions, external events, and industry shows.
• Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa.
• Cultivate new client relationships and ensure retention of new and existing guests through high standards of service, courteousness and attentiveness.
• Achieve personal and salon service goals by informing and educating guests on new, innovative products, other services, and programs to build a strong guest base.
• Maintain safety standards and cleanliness, keeping work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
• Proactively develop new clientele through delivering exceptional service, rebooking, referrals, and promotion.

• Valid and current Illinois license is required.
• One to three years’ experience a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of various massage modalities, such as deep tissue, Swedish, etc., and a willingness to learn to utilize various tools that support wellness services, such as hot stone, cupping massage, etc.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Required education:
  High school or equivalent.
• Able to stand on your feet or sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Available to work a minimum of 4 days per week with varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• $14-$16.20 per hour plus the ability to earn over 50% commission.
