This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role with Steve Napleton Auto Group, based in Palatine, IL. The Finance Manager will oversee financing and leasing processes for customers, collaborating with lenders to secure competitive financing options. Responsibilities include explaining financial programs to customers, preparing and reviewing loan and lease documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing guidance to the finance team.

The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships while working seamlessly with sales and management teams to achieve revenue goals.

• Strong financial acumen, including expertise in loan structuring, interest rate calculations, and budgeting
• Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and managing financial documentation and agreements
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
• Organizational and leadership skills for managing and mentoring a finance team
• Knowledge of automotive financing and dealership operations
• Familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations governing finance and leasing
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in financial software and tools for tracking and reporting
