- College or university degree with at least 6 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- 10+ years in early childhood, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must meet all state educational and licensing requirements for Director.
- College coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of early childhood experience, preferably in a leadership or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to support center operations.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills.
