Site Services Technician - Electrical Supervisor

Site-based in Paisley with travel across Scotland

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Services Electrical Supervisor to join Lintott, part of the Galliford Try Group.

Lintott Control Systems is a multi-award-winning Process Solutions Provider, specialising in the design, manufacture, and after-care of factory-built packaged Water & Wastewater Treatment Systems, Process Software/Systems Integration, and Electrical Control Panels.

We’re looking for an experienced electrician with a passion for delivering high-quality installations and exceptional customer service. This is a hands‑on, customer-facing role where you’ll ensure electrical equipment is installed, commissioned, and maintained to the highest standards.

This position involves regular travel across Scotland, working on Water & Wastewater Treatment sites, as well as occasional work in our factory.

What you will be doing:
  • Install, commission, and maintain electrical systems and installations in line with supplied designs, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Carry out electrical installations, modifications, and fault‑finding to a consistently high standard.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors on‑site, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
  • Complete all required documentation, including reports, RAMS, and photographic evidence.
  • Maintain a detailed site diary and ensure Health & Safety documentation is in place and adhered to.
  • Promote best practices in safety, customer service, housekeeping, and continuous improvement.
  • Support planning and logistics to optimise materials and resources.
  • Uphold company values and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive working environment.
About You:

Essential
  • Relevant electrical installation experience, including site-based works in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong Health & Safety awareness.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Apprenticeship served in a relevant electrical/mechanical discipline.
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level & in electrical/mechanical discipline.
  • Knowledge of Electrical Wiring Regulations.
Desirable
  • Multidisciplined Electrical Bias
  • Good IT skills
  • Knowledge of the Water Industry
  • th Edition (or working towards)
  • ECS or CSCS Craft Card (or equivalent)
