Position: Account Manager – B2B Print & Design (On-Site)

As we enter the next phase of structured growth, we are strengthening our commercial team with the appointment of a dedicated Account Manager.

The Role

This is a key on-site role within our business.

You will manage day-to-day client communication, prepare quotations using our structured pricing framework, and help increase revenue within our existing client base.

This is not a cold-calling sales position.

It is a relationship-focused commercial role suited to someone who values professionalism, organisation and long-term client partnerships.

You will work closely with our Production Manager and Graphic Designer to ensure smooth workflow, realistic lead times and consistent quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound client enquiries via email and phone
  • Prepare and issue quotations using a defined pricing structure
  • Follow up outstanding quotes in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify opportunities to increase spend within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
  • Raise invoices and assist with aged debt follow-up
  • Liaise daily with production to align expectations and deadlines
  • Maintain high standards of service, accuracy and attention to detail

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years’ experience in B2B account management or client services
  • Is commercially confident and comfortable discussing pricing
  • Can handle pricing objections calmly and professionally
  • Is highly organised and process-driven
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in writing and verbally
  • Is detail-focused and values accuracy
  • Prefers a structured, team-oriented environment over high-pressure sales
  • Is looking for a stable, long-term role within a growing SME

Experience with in print is beneficial but not essential.
