Business Development Manager – EV Charging

Your New RoleYou will be the primary contact for new hotel customers, opening doors, building a pipeline, conducting intelligent discovery, shaping the right solution and closing high‑trust, consultative deals that deliver value to hoteliers.
Your BackgroundWe seek a proven new business winner. Experience selling EV charging is a plus, but not required if you have sold into hotels or adjacent hospitality decision‑makers in a consultative manner. The key is a value‑led selling approach rather than a price‑rail model.
What’s On OfferBase salary of approximately £45,000 with a commission plan that allows strong performers to reach around £90,000 OTE. An additional £6,500 car allowance is included via salary sacrifice. An employee share option scheme will be introduced after a qualifying period, offering the chance to share in the company’s growth.
