Join NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde as a Programme Office Manager – Strategy, Programmes & Innovation and lead the dedicated Programme Management Office.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Manager to coordinate governance across digital projects, ensuring alignment with the Digital Delivery Plan and NHS GGC standards.
Shift pattern: Monday‑Friday 9‑5.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the PMO function within the Digital Directorate, overseeing project pipelines and resource allocation.
- Lead the governance process for new project requests, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and NHS GGC standards.
- Maintain and evolve project management processes, templates, and reporting tools.
- Provide expert guidance to project leads and stakeholders on delivery assurance, risk management, and benefits realisation.
- Monitor progress against the Digital Delivery Plan and escalates issues as required.
- Proven experience managing a PMO or large‑scale digital programme in the health or public sector.
- Strong understanding of project governance, lifecycle management, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Familiarity with NHS governance structures and digital transformation priorities is highly desirable.
- PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent project/programme management certification.
- Experience working with digital health systems and data governance.
