Social Media Lead

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to support global social planning, content execution, and performance optimization across key channels (Linked In/You Tube/Facebook/Instagram/Tik Tok).

• Plan and execute global social content with clear weekly/monthly cadence
• Manage publishing operations: calendar, briefs, scheduling, approval
• Partner with internal teams and agencies/freelancers to produce social assets
• Support content output quality (narrative consistency and copy readiness)
• Support creator/KOL collaborations (briefing, delivery tracking, basic measurement)
• Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks/UTMs) and iterate

• Fintech, B2B SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, global trade experience
• Experience running social for a brand or agency (portfolio examples required)
• Strong English writing and editorial judgement for business content
• Comfortable with social analytics and turning insights into actions
• Solid project management and cross-team coordination skills
