Senior Planning Officer

Overview

Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based on the South Coast in the search for a Senior Planning Officer to join their Town Planning Development Management team. This will be on a long term basis with prospects of an 18 month duration. This position is offered on a part time basis with weekly office presence required.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Officer to deal with a caseload of applications around the region of 10 dwellings, and discharge of conditions for larger schemes. Our client is looking for someone to start almost immediately.

Weekly office presence is required.

Pay Rate - £40 per hour (subject to experience)
