As a Project Management Senior Advisor
, you will take ownership of the full delivery cycle from bid development through execution and final delivery to the end user. This role acts as a central connection point between all project functions, ensuring alignment on schedule, budget, and Baker Hughes’ non‑negotiable requirements. You will play a critical part in driving execution discipline, customer satisfaction, and overall project success.

As a Project Management Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing execution plans to ensure delivery of products according to project timelines, cost targets, and quality requirements.
• Interpreting and understanding customer contracts, ensuring compliance, and driving the contract‑change process to protect project financials.
• Working closely with suppliers to ensure their performance aligns with project requirements.
• Supporting vendor recovery efforts when unplanned supply chain events occur.
• Conducting regular lessons‑learned reviews, sharing insights, and implementing improvement actions across projects.
• Managing risk throughout the delivery cycle, identifying mitigation plans, and escalating critical risks requiring leadership support.

• Hold a educational background in Master’s degree.
• Bring major experience in project management and fabricator management within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and financial awareness.
• Possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
