Electrical Engineering Manager

Escape Recruitment is supporting a major industrial manufacturing operation in East Lothian to appoint an Electrical Engineering Manager
.

This is a senior leadership position within a complex heavy industrial plant where electrical compliance, safety and reliability are critical to operational performance.

The successful candidate will:

• Take ownership of site electrical compliance and statutory responsibilities
• Oversee HV/LV systems and infrastructure
• Drive reliability improvement and fault analysis
• Support plant upgrades and capital projects
• Lead and develop the site electrical team

We welcome applications from experienced Electrical Engineering Managers or strong Senior Electrical Engineers with significant compliance responsibility and supervisory experience who are ready to step into a broader leadership role.

This role is fully site based, Monday to Friday. Candidates must live within commuting distance of East Lothian or be willing to relocate.
