Content Developer

We are looking for an experienced Learning Content Designer / Content Developer to join a team and support the delivery of a high-impact learning programme within the banking and insurance sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on content creation and managing content work streams, working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning materials for professional audiences.

You will play a key role in transforming technical expertise into engaging, structured learning experiences that meet both client expectations and professional learning standards.

• Design and develop learning materials across banking and insurance modules
• Build delivery-ready slide decks from course outlines and SME input
• Create facilitator notes, learner instructions, and supporting resources
• Develop case studies, tools, and practical exercises aligned with learning objectives

• Write 20–25 multiple-choice questions per module, either from scratch or by adapting existing question banks
• Ensure assessments are clear, appropriately challenging, and aligned with learning outcomes
• Incorporate client feedback and finalise assessments following review cycles

• Manage content review cycles with internal stakeholders and clients
• Maintain version control and documentation across all materials
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with objectives
• Deliver materials on time to meet programme milestones

• Strong Instructional Design and Curriculum Development experience
• Experience designing corporate learning for technical or professional audiences
• Excellent content writing and educational content development skills
• Experience developing trainer-led learning materials

• Advanced Microsoft Power Point
• Experience in assessment design and development
• Strong technical writing and content structuring ability

• Working with subject matter experts to develop technical learning content
• Managing client feedback and review cycles
• Creating multiple-choice assessments to professional standards
• Managing content documentation and version control
