Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator Stoke-on-Trent Temp to perm Up to £9.50 Per Hour

40-hour week
Home working with office visits required.

An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator has arisen working on an exciting contract based within the Stoke‑on‑Trent area assisting with a growing facilities management team.

• Provide a high level of customer service dealing with any queries or concerns.
• Booking in Maintenance works
• Speaking to engineers or subcontractors
• Ensuring work orders are completed within SLA
• Raising purchase orders / running reports
• Responding to queries via shared mailbox and telephone
• Monitor portal to ensure jobs are dispatched efficiently
• Monitor shared inbox to ensure we are meeting contract expectations in dispatching jobs efficiently
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, across all functions.
• Contribute to reducing levels of customer complaints.
• Ensuring all documents are up to date and compliant inline with our audit schedule.
