Part-time social media content creator

We’re a creative communications agency that prides itself on being friendly, forward-thinking and easy to work with. We’re currently looking for a part‑time social media content creator who is as comfortable coming up with big concepts as they are spotting a stray comma in a Linked In post.

• You’ll be working closely with clients from a wide variety of sectors to bring their stories to life across different platforms. This will include:
• Developing innovative content ideas tailored to our clients and their audiences, whether that’s a clever Instagram post or an engaging animation.
• Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clear and consistent communication, including presenting ideas and managing feedback.
• Creating short and long‑term content strategies that connect with audiences across a range of platforms.
• Using data and analytics to identify where and how we can better understand and improve our clients’ engagement online.
• Ensuring every piece of content works hard and is grammatically and factually accurate.
• Working across multiple accounts and managing workflows so projects are delivered on time, every time.

• You have a track record of creating innovative social media content and campaigns using both organic and paid posts.
• You’re an excellent communicator who can explain the thinking behind a creative choice.
• You’re organised, proactive and take deadlines in your stride.
• You thrive in a team and collaborate well with colleagues and clients to find innovative and effective solutions.
• You’ve got an excellent eye for detail and take pride in delivering flawless work.
• You understand why AI isn’t a replacement for human creativity.
• You’re curious about digital trends and are always looking for new ways to communicate.

• Salary of £29,000 p.a. pro rata.
