Fleet Administrator

Role Overview

As a Fleet Administrator you will deliver exceptional customer service to our local fleet clients while providing administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing orders directly from the manufacturer.
  • Progressing orders from initial placement to client delivery.
  • Providing administrative support to other Fleet Department colleagues.
  • Ensuring the service and parts departments receive ample notice of required work.
  • Completing invoicing and vehicle taxing accurately and on time.

Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience with Kerridge (Drive) is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent IT, PC, and numerical skills are required.
