32-bed unit caring for both ICU and SDU patients.

Registered Nurse with ICU experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN (Compact accepted, copy needed)

Certifications:

ACLS-AHA (copy needed); BLS-AHA (copy needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale (copy needed)
SSN and DOB required
References: 2 professional references within the last 2 years
Driver’s license copy on file
