Mold Set-Up / Process Technician – 2nd Shift

Monday–Friday | 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM | Overtime Available

We are seeking a skilled Mold Set-Up / Process Technician to support injection molding operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on second shift opportunity for someone experienced in mold changes, machine setup, and process adjustments.

• Set up and tear down injection molds and related equipment
• Start up production runs and adjust machine parameters as needed
• Perform first‑piece inspections and monitor part quality
• Make process adjustments to maintain production standards
• Complete production logs and setup documentation
• Inspect, clean, and report mold condition after each run

• High school diploma or GED required
• Injection molding setup or process experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read technical prints and follow written work instructions
• Experience using measuring tools and basic process controls
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Solid math skills and attention to detail

• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Must follow all safety requirements (PPE required in production areas)
