2nd Shift Stamping Set-Up Operator (High-Speed Progressive Press)

Monday–Friday | 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM | Overtime Available

We are seeking an experienced Stamping Machine Set-Up Operator to support high-speed, reel-to-reel progressive stamping operations in our Painesville facility. This is a hands‑on role for someone with strong mechanical ability who can independently set up, adjust, and run production equipment efficiently and safely.

• Set up, tear down, and operate high-speed progressive stamping presses
• Make tooling and machine adjustments to maintain part quality
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed
• Complete production and setup documentation accurately
• Train operators on proper machine use when required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Minimum 2 years of progressive stamping setup experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, comparator)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic math skills and ability to document production data
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
