• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (mills and lathes) to manufacture precision components.
• Create, review, and edit programs as needed to meet engineering specifications.
• Load materials, secure work pieces, and select appropriate tooling.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
• Conduct detailed inspections of machined parts using various measuring tools.
• Verify CNC machined parts and Puppeteers? inspect tool geometry to confirm conformance to design specifications.
• Occasionally operate manual surface grinder and Bridgeport.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous CNC experience (mills, lathes or grinders).
• 3+ years of CNC experience preferred (mills, lathes or grinders).
• Programming experience with CAD/CAM programming systems;
  Solid Works, G&M Code helpful.
• Shop math skills (standard & metric).
• Ability to read blueprints and apply technical precision.
• Experience using precision gauges and inspection equipment.
