Fives Intralogistics, a division of the Fives industrial engineering group, is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator to operate and program CNC machines (mills and lathes) in a clean, climate‑controlled shop. Competitive pay is offered based on experience, with additional shift differentials and overtime opportunities.

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (mills and lathes) to manufacture precision components.
• Create, review, and edit programs to meet engineering specifications.
• Load materials, secure work pieces, and select appropriate tooling.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
• Conduct detailed inspections of machined parts using measuring tools.
• Verify CNC‑machined parts and inspect tool geometry to confirm conformance to design specifications.
• Occasionally operate manual surface grinder and Bridgeport.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous CNC experience with mills, lathes, or grinders paradigm.
• 3+ years of CNC experience preferred.
• Programming experience with CAD/CAM systems;
  Solid Works, G&M Code helpful.
• Shop math skills (standard & metric).
• Ability to read blueprints and apply technical precision.
• Experience using precision gauges and inspection equipment.
