ESC Western Reserve - Job Coach - Aide

Position: ESC of the Western Reserve - Job Coach - Aide
Renhill Group is currently looking for caring, compassionate individuals to work on a part time basis 3 days a week (Monday, Wedneday & Friday) as a Job Coach/Aide through the Educational Service Center of Western Reserve at Kenston Local Schools forthe school year.

A Job Coach will work with special education students. They will identify natural supports in the workplace that the student can use for job support, transportation, and social connections; and communicate with the student about specific work/social skills needed for the particular employment position. Job coaches must be able to work independently.

Requirements:

• BCI & FBI background checks
  • Completed within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education
  • If you do not already have them, you can contact the ESC to complete the BCI/FBI at no cost.
• Aide permit issued by the Ohio Department of Education
  • Renhill Group will assist you in obtaining your permit if needed. Permit costs $25 and payment is made directly to the Ohio Department of Education
• 2-Step TB Test
• Valid driver's license
• Auto insurance
• Ability to pass MVR check
