Construction Project Coordinator

At this time, we are looking for a Commercial Construction Project Coordinator that holds a self-efficient work ethic. • Assist the Project Manager in managing all administrative and technical requirements including contract administration, change order processing, submittals, purchasing, cost coding and closeout
• Provide detailed reporting and support to keep track of schedules and changes in construction, materials, manpower, and subcontractors
• Log and track subcontractor insurance certificates, W9 forms, pay applications, lien waivers and submittals

• Previous experience as Commercial Construction Project Coordinator or Project Manager Assistant
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore project management software or similar software
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

• $60k – $80k a year
