A leading e-commerce retailer in the UK is looking for a Sales Customer Service Advisor to oversee the entire online order process. Responsibilities include providing exceptional sales support and guiding customers through their journey. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in sales or customer support and possess excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week, including weekends.
