Both properties attract a mix of leisure and business guests, featuring comfortable rooms, vibrant food and beverage outlets, and well‑run event spaces. Together, they present a dynamic opportunity for a Cluster General Manager to drive performance, oversee operations across multiple departments, and ensure every guest experience reflects the quality and character RBH is known for.

The Role

As Cluster General Manager, you will combine strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, managing two properties with diverse revenue streams including rooms, food and beverage, and events. You will ensure operational excellence, commercial performance, and a culture where teams are motivated, supported, and empowered to deliver exceptional hospitality. Your leadership will set the tone across both hotels, fostering a shared vision, high standards, and a sense of pride in every guest interaction.

Will
  • Take full accountability for the performance of both properties, driving profitability across rooms, F&B, and events.
  • Lead and inspire teams across multiple departments, promoting engagement, empowerment, and a culture of collaboration.
  • Oversee seamless delivery of events, ensuring quality and consistency from enquiry to execution.
  • Partner with the RBH commercial and marketing teams to drive growth through creative initiatives and local engagement.
  • Maintain operational standards across both hotels, ensuring efficiency, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Champion guest satisfaction, ensuring every experience feels personal, authentic, and memorable.
  • Build strong relationships with hotel owners, stakeholders, and the local community.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, sustainability, and long‑term business growth.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven leadership experience as a General Manager or senior operations leader, ideally in branded hotels or multi‑property operations.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance strategic planning, forecasting, and operational decision‑making.
  • A hands‑on leader who thrives in a busy, guest‑focused environment and leads by example.
  • Expertise in multi‑department operations, including F&B, rooms, and events.
  • Confident communicator who can engage, influence, and inspire teams across multiple sites.
  • Creative problem‑solver who embraces challenge and seeks continuous improvement.

The Recruitment Process
