Responsibilities

Assist in the day‑to‑day administration of the school, including managing correspondence and maintaining office supplies. Provide support to senior leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of the school office. Undertake office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing school communication. Serve as a point of contact for staff and visitors, upholding confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and efficient work habits. Comfortable working within a Church School environment, supporting the Worship programme and upholding the Christian ethos as outlined by the Church of England’s ‘Vision for Education’ document. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SIMS and school office systems desirable but not essential.

Availability for an enhanced DBS disclosure and commitment to safeguarding.
