You are a dedicated, RICS-accredited surveyor with experience in Residential or Building Surveying. Your responsibilities include:

• Undertaking Walk-Through and Schedule of Condition Reports
• Writing bespoke Defect Analysis Reports
• Offering Reinstatement Cost Assessments (with no requirement to undertake Red-Book Valuations).

At our family-run Chartered Surveying practice, we’re passionate about empowering our clients through tailored RICS Level 2 and 3 Home Surveys.

• FRICS, MRICS, or Assoc
  
  RICS accreditation, with experience in Residential, or Building Surveying.
• Hold a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Are okay with a necessary DBS check.
