Position: Senior Inside Sales Representative – USA (Onsite)

The Opportunity:

HTF is seeking a self‑motivated and detail‑oriented experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative to maintain, grow and develop new and existing customer accounts. The duties of this position include order and quote processing for assigned customers and acting as their primary point of contact. The ideal candidate will strive to achieve daily and monthly sales goals and utilize product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

The ability to perform well in a high‑volume and dynamic sales environment, in a “customer first” environment is key to success in this role. This position reports to the Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of HTF’s product lines, pricing and delivery schedules.
  • Generate timely and accurate quotes on industrial hardware/fasteners (i.e. source, pricing, and lead time) with appropriate follow‑up with customers.
  • Process customer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner through various sales channels (email, phone, e‑commerce).
  • Work directly with assigned customers, providing timely, appropriate and accurate responses to requests and inquiries.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters, specific to your accounts (pricing, delivery, quality issues).
  • Identify and recommend innovative solutions based on the customer’s needs.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned key accounts, delivering exceptional customer service and responsiveness.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned.

Education and

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales or account management experience required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in the distribution/ fastener/electronic hardware industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills: fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound requests from prospective and existing customers.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Experience working with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar distribution ERP system preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required, secondary degree preferred.
