The Role- Practice comprehensive small animal general medicine and surgery
- Manage cases with autonomy while having mentorship available when you want it
- Build thoughtful treatment plans tailored to each patient and client
- Work with a skilled, respectful technical team
- Maintain accurate records and high medical standards
- Participate in the long term direction of the practice (including ownership potential)
- This role allows you to be a doctor first, not a production unit
- DVM or equivalent (new grads and experienced veterinarians welcome)
- Eligible for Arizona licensure
- Values ethical, evidence based medicine
- Communicates clearly and respectfully with clients and team members
- Interested in long term stability and practice ownership (optional, not required)
$150,000–$180,000 base salary
