We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Assistant Guest Services Manager to support the leadership of the Guest Services department ed in Canyon Point, Utah, this role reports to the Guest Services Manager and assists in overseeing transportation, luggage handling, arrivals and departures, and guest excursions. You will help ensure seamless daily operations while delivering warm, personalised service aligned with Aman standards.
Responsibilities- Support the Guest Services Manager in supervising daily department operations and team performance.
- Assist with recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management of Guest Services colleagues.
- Ensure exceptional arrival and departure experiences through consistent front drive presence and service flow.
- Oversee guest transportation schedules and communicate arrival and departure details across departments.
- Monitor luggage handling, storage and delivery to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure fleet vehicles are clean, well maintained, properly stocked and operated safely.
- Collaborate with Reservations and Guest Experience teams to confirm travel plans and itineraries.
- Support guest excursions, including itinerary preparation, vouchers and occasional escorting.
- Handle guest concerns professionally, coordinating resolution and follow-up as required.
- Maintain accurate logs, guest history records and inventory tracking.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in guest services or luxury hospitality.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to meet insurance requirements, including drug screening.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of local attractions and activities preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a large operational team.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and reservation‑related platforms.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical duties as required.
