Amangiri invites you to join our team as a Spa Attendant, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. In this hands‑on position, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, yoga pavilion, water pavilion, and more, are meticulously cleaned and organized. Your role is essential in ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests, contributing to the serene and luxurious atmosphere we strive to create.
This position reports to the Spa Manager and may include weekends and holidays, as dictated by business needs.
- Thoroughly clean and maintain all assigned spa areas, including treatment rooms, gym, and changing rooms.
- Assist Spa Coordinator with front desk duties during their absence.
- Properly and safely use authorized cleaning agents.
- Maintain inventory of spa supplies, ensuring adequate stock of clean linen and towels.
- Deliver linens and other necessary items to treatment rooms, changing rooms, and the water pavilion.
- Ensure all areas, including storage spaces, are kept clean and organized.
- Assist in monthly linen and towel inventory management.
- Report damaged or missing items, as well as any maintenance needs, to management.
- Ensure the spa facility is only accessed by authorized guests, maintaining safety and security at all times.
- Greet and acknowledge all guests, offering assistance and maintaining professional communication.
- Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly, customer-driven attitude with a strong desire to assist guests.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work physically demanding shifts that may involve sustained standing, walking, and lifting.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude, contributing to a high-quality work environment.
- Must be available to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
