We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Outpatient Therapist to join our behavioral health team in a fully remote role
. This opportunity is ideal for an Arizona-licensed clinician who wants to provide high-quality outpatient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

You’ll support individuals navigating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions through virtual counseling, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapeutic support.

• individual, group, and family counseling via telehealth
• clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic client outcomes
• utilize evidence-based interventions for mental health, substance use, and crisis needs
• provide crisis intervention in accordance with program guidelines
• maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR system
• participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

• Active Arizona license required through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (
  LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW required)
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Experience in outpatient, mental health, substance use, or crisis settings strongly desired
• Passion for serving diverse populations using recovery-oriented, client-centered care
• Strong communication, time-management, and documentation skills

• 5 weeks of PTO annually
