Landmark Aquatic is actively pursuing a confident and eager individual to join our service team full‑time, year‑round, as a Service Technician
.
We are looking for service technicians to support our growing organization. As a Service Technician
, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and installing residential pool equipment all the way up to large commercial pools. Mechanical equipment includes but is not limited to chemical controllers, variable speed pumps, VFDs, filtration systems, UV sanitation, and specialty equipment.
- Test, balance, and understand pool water chemistry
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
- Operate various power tools and equipment
- Communicate with customers, office staff, business leaders, and vendors
- Utilize specialized scheduling software to review assigned work, update work orders, and complete service reports
- Complete custom forms electronically for customer communication and billing purposes
- Valid Class E driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must conduct business professionally and be professional in appearance
- Strong mechanical abilities
- Ownership of quality of work and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Skills with Microsoft Office products, specialized software, and web applications
- Comfortable working in uncontrolled climates
