A well-established industrial manufacturing and fabrication company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to help drive growth as the organization invests heavily in expanding its conveyor components, pulley, and precision fabrication business.

- Field-based Regional Sales Manager role covering a Midwest territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow regional revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across conveyor, package handling, and fabrication services
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting
- Drive quoting activity and manage opportunities through close
- Expand existing accounts through new programs, upselling, and cross-selling
- Work closely with engineering, production, marketing, and customer support teams
- Support customer visits, audits, and technical discussions
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting, funnel management, and forecasting
- Travel 30–50% (up to 70% during peak periods), primarily regional
- Candidate should live within a 4-hour drive of Northwest Ohio
- Solution-Based Selling: Identify customer needs and deliver tailored conveyor and fabrication solutions
- Prospecting: Build new business pipeline through research, outreach, and networking
- Territory Planning: Strategically manage time, accounts, and growth opportunities
- Sales Funnel Management: Create action plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategy
- Customer Relationship Development: Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline, activity, and market trends
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or industrial markets
- Experience selling through industrial distribution, manufacturer’s representatives, and direct to OEMs
- Background in package handling, conveyor systems, pulleys, fabrication services, or power transmission products
- Existing relationships within package handling, food & beverage, big-box retail, automotive aftermarket, or baggage handling markets
- Strong mechanical aptitude;
precision steel tube fabrication experience preferred - Proven history of exceeding sales targets
- Strong CRM discipline and reporting habits
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel up to 70%
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Commission: $40,000–$60,000 target (uncapped)
- OTE: $150,000+
