- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the IT services industry
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a field Business Development Executive and 6+ years in services sales
- Extensive network within the IT and technology sectors, including strong connections to OEMs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Expertise in value-based selling techniques and consultative sales processes
- Experience in closing high-value deals with executive-level clients
- Ability to build strategic account plans and present to leadership
- Familiarity with SFDC for pipeline building and forecasting
- Experience in attending industry and client events to secure new leads
